Delete Your Account

Option 1 — From inside your account

Sign in to your account, open Settings, choose "Delete account" and follow the confirmation steps shown before the final deletion.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request from the same email address registered on your account to CONTACT@INFLUUGC.COM with the subject "Account deletion request". We may ask for additional proof of ownership before processing, to protect your account.

What happens when you delete?

• Your public profile is deleted and no longer appears on the Platform (for creators, published works are withdrawn from public display).
• Your personal data (name, email, phone, photo, social-media details) is deleted or anonymised.
• Sign-in sessions and device-notification subscriptions linked to the account are cancelled.
• Lead (brief) records and financial transactions are retained in anonymised form only to the extent accounting and legal obligations require, and are never used for marketing.
• Wallet balance: it must be settled before deletion; an account with an outstanding unsettled balance cannot be deleted.
