Terms of Use

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1) Nature of the Platform

The influUGC platform (the "Platform") is an online marketplace for creative services operated by influUGC, a creative marketing and media production agency founded in 2020 and based on Arab League Street, Agouza, Giza, Egypt. The Platform connects brands with creators and service providers across content production, UGC, influencer campaigns, performance marketing and social-media management. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2) Accounts and admin approval

  • Account types: brand, creator and service provider. Service providers are individuals at this stage.
  • Every new account is reviewed by the admin team; an account is not fully active and does not appear publicly until it is approved — your account status is shown inside the Platform.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you register and keep updated, and for the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and all activity under your account.
  • A personal photo for creators and service providers, and a logo for brands, are signup requirements as stated in the signup form.
  • Any change to your profile data is reviewed by the admin team before it is approved, and a change is not shown publicly until that decision.

3) Content rules and pre-publication review

  • Any content you upload to the Platform (works, videos, photos, posts) is reviewed by the admin team before it appears publicly, and the admin team may accept it, reject it or request changes under these Terms.
  • You must not publish content that is unlawful, infringes the ownership or privacy rights of others, impersonates a person or entity, is misleading, or is abusive. You alone are responsible for holding the rights to everything you upload.
  • Social-account links and contact details are disclosed to another party only through the Platform's contact-reveal request mechanism and with admin approval, under the visibility rules published inside the Platform.

4) Offers and deals

  • First contact between a brand and a creator happens through an "offer" the brand submits inside the Platform, stating the offered price and a message describing the work needed; the offer reaches both the creator and the Platform's admin team before any discussion starts.
  • Discussion of offers takes place inside the Platform's conversations, which remain under admin oversight under the published messaging rules.
  • Prices shown on creator and service-provider profiles are their own; the final agreed scope, price and deliverables are documented inside the Platform before work begins.
  • Services added by a service provider do not appear publicly until the admin team approves them.

5) Wallet and payments

  • The Platform provides a unified wallet for deposits, transfers, escrow holds and withdrawals, and every movement is recorded in a transaction log visible to the account holder.
  • An escrow amount held for a deal is released only according to the deal's status inside the Platform (delivery completed and accepted, or an admin decision in a dispute).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment method or account details you use for deposits and withdrawals, and any outstanding amounts must be settled before the account is deleted.

6) Responsibilities of the parties

  • Creators and service providers are responsible for delivering what was agreed inside the Platform at the documented quality and timing, and for the accuracy of the statistics and account links shown on their profiles.
  • The brand is responsible for the accuracy of the brief, materials and rights it hands over for the work, and for reviewing deliverables and recording acceptance or comments inside the Platform.
  • The Platform is an operational intermediary providing discovery, communication, review and payment tooling; it does not guarantee commercial results or sales from any campaign, and it is not a party to agreements made outside it.

7) Suspension and termination of accounts

  • The admin team may suspend, reject or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or the law or misuses the Platform, notifying the account holder of the reason for the decision through the Platform.
  • On termination, open wallet movements and deals are settled according to their documented status, and the account is then closed.
  • You may request permanent deletion of your account at any time from the "Delete Your Account" page, subject to the retention and deletion policy set out in the Privacy Policy.

8) Changes to these Terms and contact

We may update these Terms as the Platform's mechanisms evolve; the updated version will be published on this page with its date, and your continued use of the Platform after publication is acceptance of it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For any question: [email protected] — Arab League Street, Agouza, Giza, Egypt.
