Privacy Policy

1) Who we are

The influUGC platform (the "Platform") is operated by influUGC, a creative marketing and media production agency founded in 2020 and based on Arab League Street, Agouza, Egypt. For privacy questions: CONTACT@INFLUUGC.COM.

2) Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, and company name (for brand accounts).
• Profile data: profile photo, bio, categories, prices and the profile fields each user writes themselves.
• Creator content: the works a creator uploads to the Platform (photos and videos) within the published upload limits.
• Social-platform data entered by creators: the usernames and follower counts a creator enters for each platform, plus the analytics screenshots and short verification videos the admin team requests to prove ownership.
• Briefs and leads: campaign brief details, budget, company name and account links a client sends through the contact and brief forms.
• Messages: conversations inside the Platform and the chat assistant (chatbot).
• Interactions: follows, likes, ratings and poll results inside the Platform.
• Wallet: balance and transaction records linked to your account inside the Platform.
• Basic technical data: what is needed to run and secure the service (such as sign-in logs, referral links and UTM campaign tags when our links are opened).

3) Why we use the data

• Creating accounts, operating the Platform and matching creators with brands.
• Displaying profiles and works inside the Platform under the published visibility rules.
• Sending verification codes, account notifications and the device alerts a user has enabled.
• Reviewing content, verifying identity and preventing fraud and abuse.
• Meeting the accounting and legal obligations tied to wallet and lead records.

4) Cookies and analytics

We use analytics tools to measure site visits and the performance of our advertising campaigns: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These tools collect general usage data (pages visited, visit duration and device type) through cookies, and we never use them to sell data or share it for purposes outside operating and marketing the Platform. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the Platform will keep working.

5) Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data to any third party. Processing happens only through operational service providers needed to run the Platform (hosting, database and file storage, and the email delivery service used for verification), and only to the extent needed to operate the service. Any additional provider (such as payment gateways or messaging services) is activated only with the Platform owner's own accounts, and this policy will be updated when that happens.

Creators' social-platform links and usernames are never shown to clients or visitors; they stay with the admin team and the account owner, under the visibility rules published inside the Platform.

6) Data retention

We keep data while the account is active, or as long as legal and accounting obligations require. When an account is deleted, your personal data and public profile are deleted or anonymised, while lead and transaction records are retained in anonymised form only to the extent the law requires — see the "Delete Your Account" page for details.

7) Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to its processing within the limits of the law. To exercise any right, contact us at CONTACT@INFLUUGC.COM, or request deletion directly from the "Delete Your Account" page.

8) Security

We use hashed passwords, one-time verification codes, role-based access controls, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the browser or app and our servers.

9) Children

The Platform is built for businesses (creators and brands) and is not directed at children under 16; appearance categories that involve minors (such as child casting) are managed only through parents/guardians or the agency.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when new providers or features are added; the updated version will be published on this page with its update date.
